Refund & Cancellation Policy
At ICC , we value our participants and aim to provide a smooth registration process. Please review the following policy:
1. Registration Cancellation by Participant
Cancellations may be accepted if requested within a reasonable time before the event.
Refunds, if approved, will be subject to administrative considerations.
2. Substitutions
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to a colleague by notifying us in advance.
3. Event Cancellation or Postponement by the Organizer
If the event is postponed, registrations will remain valid for the new dates. Refund requests will be considered if participants cannot attend.
4. No-Show Policy
Participants who do not attend the event without prior notice may not be eligible for a refund.
5. Refund Processing
All approved refunds will be processed and issued to the original method of payment.
Note: ICC reserves the right to amend this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice.
